Criteria: $1.5 - $90 million per acquisition. We can close in 30 days or less depending on availability of 3rd party reports.

NNN/Absolute Net Properties with Credit Tenants.

Tenants should be S&P rated BB+ or better with a net worth of $300 million

or more. Minimum 10yrs left on lease. We will purchase these properties nationwide. We will purchase groups of properties or properties still under construction with leases in place.

Retail Strip Centers or Power Centers nationwide.  Credit tenant anchored.  Any size property with 60% + credit tenants. We will purchase groups of properties or properties still under construction with leases in place. All sizes regional, power centers, etc.

Office Buildings 50,000SF or better. Good leases 85% or better occupied.  We will also purchase properties with 50-75% vacancy with good demographics, nationwide.
